CPS can offer either a range of standard
size belt conveyors with smooth and grip top belts or can
manufacture to your requirements. This involves CPS getting
involved at the very beginning of a project – whether
it be a conveyor with a steel mesh belt, a food quality belt,
or an inclined conveyor with a flighted belt.
Conveyor sizes can range from 500mm to
18 metres long and 50mm to 1.5 metres wide.

Framework
Belt conveyors can run on a flat skid bed for light duty applications
or a roller bed for heavier applications. The framework can
be painted to your desired colour, powder coated, or if the
environment requires it stainless steel.
Speed
Speeds can be fixed or variable and range from 10 to
20m per minute. Motors are three phase or single phase. Pneumatic
motors are also available.
Belts
Smooth PVC, gripfaced, food and drug approved, steel mesh,
polyester and flighted. Others are available dependent on
application.

Mini
Conveyors - CPS offer a range of mini belt conveyors. These
belt conveyors are generally used for press unloading applications.
Due to their size these conveyors can be used for moving finished
parts from the end of a press tool or machine, or can be located
inside a press tool to move scrap straight out into a scrap bin.
The motor is generally shaft mounted for quick and easy maintenance,
and they are lightweight for easy location in awkward areas.
Slat
Type Conveyors - there are several different types of slat conveyor
available. Mainly steel or plastic. Steel slat conveyors are used
in the main for conveying scrap metal from machine to scrap bin,
they can also be used to move heavy duty parts that may otherwise
damage a normal belt. Plastic slats can be used in lighter duty
applications.
