The integrated accumulation system ensures that when there is a line of stationary boxes, the rollers directly under the boxes cease to rotate. Once the line has been freed the rollers will automatically begin to rotate (through the clutch drive on the lineshaft) allowing the boxes to move forward as required.

In operation the system creates a safe working environment within the Health & Safety code. Once installed the system can be modified, extended, or changed with ease to suit future manufacturing needs.

Maximum drive is approximately 12kg per roller. For heavier or difficult applications a chain driven conveyor with or without accumulation zones may be required.
