Gravity Roller Conveyor

Gravity RollersConveyor Parts + Systems Limited are able to supply a single Gravity Roller or 1,000’s!

If you have a special requirement or require a replacement roller we can probably help. We manufacture rollers from 25 Ø mm - 89 Ø mm with load capacities of 10kgs - 900kgs per roller.

The Rollers or Conveyors can be ‘tailor made’ to your exact requirements. Rollers can be manufactured from mild steel stainless steel, aluminium or plastic. Finished self colour, bright zinc plated with coverings of Neoprene Rubber or Polyurethane.

Standard Blue FrameworkFrames for the conveyors can be supplied painted mild steel, bright zinc plated, stainless steel, aluminium, or plastic coated.

Streamline ConveyorWe currently manufacture two types of roller conveyor, the CPS Glideasi RS Angle and the unique CPS Streamline smooth sided frames. The Streamline range offer the advantages of safety and attractive looks.
