Glass Handling with Ball Transfer Units and Float-On Castors

Our range of specialist Float-On ball castors and nylon/phenolic ball transfer units are ideal for glass processing and handling of other delicate sheet materials. Our ball castors and ball units offer quicker, easier and more precise glass handling compared to inverted castors. This is due to smoother directional changes and a smaller contact area for reduced friction.

Typical applications include; glass arrissing, bevelling and edging; tempering; laminating; glass printing; Insulating Glass lines; and solar glass production.
