If you have a special requirement or require a replacement roller we can probably help.

We manufacture rollers from 25 Ø mm - 89 Ø mm with load capacities of 10kgs - 900kgs per roller.

Gravity Roller Conveyors have the advantages of low capital cost and are virtually maintenance free. Simple to install and very adaptable for 100s of applications.

In today's Heath and Safety environment, they offer an economical alternative for the movement of materials, goods or packages. This can also offer the opportunity to save space.

The Rollers or Conveyors can be ‘tailor made’ to your exact requirements. Rollers can be manufactured from mild steel stainless steel, aluminium or plastic. Finished self colour, bright zinc plated with coverings of Neoprene Rubber or Polyurethane.	Frames for the conveyors can be supplied painted mild steel, bright zinc plated, stainless steel, aluminium, or plastic coated.	We currently manufacture two types of roller conveyor, the Alwayse Glideasi RS Angle and the unique Alwayse Streamline smooth sided frames. The Streamline range offer the advantages of safety and attractive looks.
