Message from the Managing Director
It’s been an incredibly busy and productive few months here, and I’m pleased to share just a few of the things we’ve been working on behind the scenes. From designing new products and refining our existing range, to forming valuable new partnerships and strengthening the way we support our customers, there’s been a lot happening. We’re excited about the progress we’ve made and look forward to sharing these updates with you.
New Products
888 Heavy-Duty
Premium product built for tougher environments with smarter design features. An alternative unit to the 805 for air cargo and perfect for heavy load movements in many applications such as construction, energy, aerospace, defence, etc.
805 Upgrade
The upgraded 805 remains the go-to choice for air cargo applications and is listed in IATA guidelines. The unit is now operating at just 64dB, quieter, smoother, more efficient, and durable in both wet and dry conditions.
Roller Ball Tables
We have launched our first Standard Ball Unit Tables that provide smooth, multi-directional movement, reducing manual effort and improving workflow efficiency using roller balls. Seamlessly integrate with conveyors, roller tables, and handling systems.
Available in three standard sizes:
- 300mm x 300mm
- 450mm x 450mm
- 600mm x 600mm
Leadership Change
James has officially stepped into the Head of Global Partnerships role, while Dean has taken on the newly defined role of Head of Strategic Solutions. As our business grows, so too must our leadership.
Nichala Joined Us
Nichala joined the business as a Press Operator, with her role split between the press shop and the assembly department. “I feel like I’ve settled into the role really well. Everyone’s been so helpful and welcoming.”
New Partnerships
We’re proud to have formed exciting new partnerships with BIL Group, Benchmaster, and Parnells. These partnerships mark an important step forward, and we’re looking forward to announcing even more over the coming months.
Heathrow Airport
We are proud to supply over 3,000 new ball transfer units to Heathrow’s strategic baggage partner, Vanderlande, as part of a system upgrade. Our Heavy Duty 8053016 series will support ground operations by allowing heavy cargo and unit load devices (ULDs) to be moved safely and efficiently.
Smart Manufacturing
Our Managing Director, Claire, led the Automation roundtable at the Smart Manufacturing Expo at the NEC. She facilitated an in-depth discussion on automation and process improvements.
