We’re excited to announce that James has officially stepped into the Head of Global Partnerships role, while Dean has taken on the newly defined role of Head of Strategic Solutions.
From UK and Ireland to global growth: James’ new chapter
James joined Alwayse in January 2024, just five days after our MD Claire, as Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland.
James has a track record for building meaningful relationships. In the past few months alone, he’s signed distributor partnerships with BIL Group, Parnells in Ireland, and Benchmaster, with more on the way.
With his focus shifting to global distributor development, James will continue supporting sales with an international lens, identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building long-term partnerships.
Whether he’s visiting customers or collaborating with engineers, James brings energy and drive to everything he does. We’re thrilled to see him take this next step and help steer our global growth.

Introducing Dean as our new Head of Strategic Solutions
When Dean joined us in June 2024, he brought with him decades of experience in aerospace and engineering, including his early career at Rolls-Royce.
Until recently, he served as Head of Global Partnerships, growing operations across 75+ countries. Now, Dean’s role is evolving.
As Head of Strategic Solutions, he’ll be focusing on big-picture initiatives, using his industry knowledge to shape our approach to major projects, new product launches, and long-term sales strategy.
Dean brings a warm, analytical style to leadership. He’s results-driven, customer-focused, and always thinking a few steps ahead. His role now centres on solutions, a move that reflects the increasing complexity and scale of the projects Alwayse is taking on.

As our business grows, so too must our leadership.
James and Dean stepping into these new roles signals something bigger: our intent to scale smarter, go further, and continue delivering for customers in the UK, across Europe, and around the world.
Please join us in congratulating them both.
